Positive: Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. We enjoyed our stay, especially the dessert selection, which was very good. The staff were helpful, solution-oriented, and very professional. The hotel’s activities were sufficient and enjoyable for us.
Negative: There was no cocktail menu, and each bartender prepared drinks differently, which made them quite weak in taste. The main restaurant had limited meat options; salmon was almost never available and could only be found among the cold appetizers. The grill section was also insufficient. The pool was clean but the water was too warm; adding ice, as done in other hotels, could be a good idea. At the beach, there was no path between the sand and the pier, so walking barefoot on the hot sand was uncomfortable. A platform over the sand would make it much more convenient. The à la carte restaurants had limited menu options, high prices, and additional charges, so we decided not to use them. Overall, while the hotel’s general service and desserts were very good, I believe there is room for improvement in drinks, the main restaurant’s variety, the pool, and the beach facilities.

Positive: Everything is good from cleanliness, food, location on the beach, services, and the special thing about the hotel is that there is an entertainment program every day. It is truly a special and excellent hotel.

Positive: The food is the best I've had in a hotel, especially the dessert buffet. The rooms are very spacious, and we had a 2-room suite, which was perfect for us with 2 children. The pools are clean and big and is well kept, and the waiters are always on hand to offer drinks from the bar. The entertainment was brilliant; they put a lot of effort into this. The hotel staff were always very friendly and willing to help. The gym is also very good equipt.
Negative: The services offered by the hotel is very expensive, more expensive then here in Switzerland, if they make it cheaper more people will use the services.

Positive: - Close to Antalya airport, - good beach, - area of the resort is spacious and green. - Staff was super friendly! The guest relations, the cleaner, the restaurant staff was very polite and caring. - Pools were clean, (I wish there were more bridges between pools, or shortcuts) - towels were plenty, - food options were outstanding! - Snack and drink bar was great! - spa was great! - check-in and check-out process was quick and trouble-free! - we visited Zeythin restaurant and everything that we ordered was super delicious. Totally recommend it! (Kymbat and Nuriza were were hospitable!)
Negative: - Unfortunately, windows were not soundproof and we were disturbed by music from the outside on certain days. - I wish the kids club was inside the main building. It was a super hassle to take the kids to the kids club near the beach. - the prices in the shopping center was too expensive. (The water gun that we bought in Istanbul was 1,200turkish liras and at the store in Spice hotel it was 2,800 liras.). -
